Golaem Crowd v4.3.2 Maya Win/Linux

Golaem Crowd 4.0, Take Full Control Of Your Crowds. In addition to an improved animation system, Golaem Crowd 4.0 enables to create more sophisticated shots and to populate scenes even faster by providing artists full control over the simulation.

Golaem Crowd is being used by more than hundred vfx studios worldwide. The newest releases include Dracula Untold (Framestore), Hercules (Milk VFX, Cinesite), 22 Jump Street (Pixel Magic)… Golaem Crowd helped them ramp up on crowds and deliver great projects quickly.

Artists can now take dailies requests into account immediately, without going back to the simulation, and get their shots validated in no time.

  1. installation
    1. Install the plugin as normal sur c:\Goalem

    2. copy golaem. lic & golaem.set to golaem from crack to installation directory c:\Golaem\GolaemCrowd-4.3.2-Maya2014\
Move the rlm.exe from crack folder to C:\Golaem
    3. Create the system variable
press the windows key and R (which will bring up the run box) and type “control sysdm.cpl” and SELECT the ADVANCED tab and on the bottom you will see ENVIRONMENT VARIABLES.
    4. CLICK ON: “NEW” below the second box (system variables)
    new floating box will pop
    5. TYPE: for the “NAME” put golaem_LICENSE
    6. TYPE: for the “VARIABLE VALUE” put [email protected]
    7. CLICK: OK and that’s it.
    8. Now every time you want to use Golaem Crowd you have to go to C:\Golaem and launch the rlm.exe
    9. When Maya launches go to windows, preferences, plugin manager, and scroll down to find the glmCrowd.mll and make sure Loaded is checked and Auto Load is checked.

if you DONT WANT TO always go to C:\Golaem and launch rlm.exe just create a system service And set it to automatically start.

Just google how to create a system service if you don’t know how its VERY SIMPLE.
