do exactlly like i tell you
after you install the plugin copy .lic and .set file to your rlm folder and then edit .lic file and modify port to 5058.the 5053 port gives that error.then restart rlm server from services.next must set system variable ”Create a System Variable by System>Advanced system settings>Environment Variables>Sytem variables>New” and ”Set Variable Name: golaem_LICENSE & Variable value: [email protected]” then load the plugin in maya.that is all and works
and another important thing.after you restart the rlm server copy golaem.lic file fron rlm folder to your golaem folder.
for example “C:\Golaem\GolaemCrowd-5.0.2.1-Maya2016\plug-ins”.then it will work

Where is the RLM folder?
you must have a rlm server.you can find it provided with programs like maxwell render.download maxwell render from here http://gfxdomain.co/2016/12/nextlimit-maxwell-render-4-0-6-maya-win-mac-107278.html and will find it in amped folder-maxwell_rlm_win.make a new folder in c\user\user name\documents and name it rlm.then copy rlm.exe and rlmutil.exe in that folder.after that you must do like in this tutorial:
right-click on “rlm.exe” and “Run as administrator” and keep it running,
open your web browser and go to: http://localhost:5054/home.asp
choose from left “Manage Windows Service” (if you wish you may chance “Service Name”) now click “Apply”
you can close now “rlm.exe”
go to Windows Services, find the service you just have installed, double-click, choose Startup type-Automatic, Service status click “Start” and “Apply”
